I want to thank all of the nurses that took care of my mother Sandra, 8th floor at Swedish Hospital this past week. They were amazing. They took care of my mother and myself. You see these nurses for 12 hours a day and are lucky to see the doctor for 5 minutes, if you're lucky. When she was in pain you were there, when her blood pressure was over the roof, you were there, when she was getting sick everywhere, you were there, whenever Mom or I needed anything, you were there. Last night was one of the worst night I've ever had in a hospital and nurses were completely disrespectful I have to wait almost everything over 45 mins for pain relief after my meds where due and the when I call the nurse supervisor to file a complaint the charger nurse gets mad and comes and tells me that i was In the wrong for doing that I had to have major surgery for over 7 hours and could even get relaxed like I needed to the doctors where Great some of the nurse where to but after I night like last night I would rathe... read more
From the valet parking, admissions, ACU and CT facilities, everyone was friendly, professional, and proficient. A special thanks to my ACU nurse, JoAnn, for being my angel for the day.
The 5th floor (women's surgery) nursing staff are the best around!!! Thank you so much for making a rough week so much better
The care I received on 5 East was excellent - the nursing staff was wonderful all throughout my nine day stay. I've used the Swedish ER many times in the last year and each time the wait was very short. My new hospital of choice!
I'm sitting in pediatrics with my 18 months old baby who is vary sick and the nurses and doctors are great! We have been here two day and we have gotten the best care! Everyone is so nice and helpful!
