Michele is the best!! She is so enthusiastic and it’s always a fun class, I couldn’t recommend her classes more.
I have been a member at Sweatroom since 2016 - The most perfect studio gym - wonderful equipment with a open and clean great space to work out in. The PT instructors are of a high standard and look out for your well-being physically and emotionally. I have particularly enjoyed the online PT sessions for the past couple of years as it has given me the flexibility to continue my workouts whilst abroad or away from home due to work. I would definitely recommend this place !
