Steph & Chip are fantastic. Absolutely lovely people & so encouraging. Everyone is made to feel very welcome, whether tourists or locals & it's super-friendly. Went to their sessions on Pentewan beach whilst on holiday this week & I cannot recommend them highly enough!
I have been going to Chip and Steph’s bootcamp on pentewan beach for a few months now , I never thought I would enjoy exercise so much , I actually look forward to going every week 😊 my fitness level, motivation and mindset have improved so much. Everybody is so friendly and encouraging you never feel judged at all. Being out side exercising on the beach is just amazing and the fact you can take your children to play while you exercise is a bonus. 💪😊👌💪 Keep doing what your doing guys, you rock 👌

I’m 49 years old and decided to make the last year of my 40’s a year of change. I’m menopausal, bloated and generally run down. I’m not someone that tends to do reviews but after 6 sessions with Sweat I’m already feeling the benefits. I know I have a long way to go but I’m genuinely excited about my journey.
