Wonderful stay at Swallow Cottage. Cottage was beautiful with lovely finishing touches which made it more special. It met all our expectations. Would love to stay again!
What a beautiful cottage which was very central to Bakewell & all that it offers. A group of us stayed here as we were taking part in the McMillan Mighty Hike so the cottage provided a homely, comfortable base to go back to. Very well equipped with a fab welcome pack with milk, lovely selection of nice treats, coffees etc. Although there were 6 of us we had plenty of personal space yet nice communal areas to share together too. Our stay at Swallow Cottage (Bakewell) was the highlight of our trip from the US. Already planning our next visit. We traveled with a party from folks in their 60s, 30s, and a child. A beautiful property that was perfectly located for us traveling by train/bus. Honestly, just book it.
What a beautiful well equipped cottage. We’ve just come back from a two night stay. Eight adults shared the space without feeling cramped. Ideally placed for a walk into Bakewell for a mooch around or for the serious walkers some fantastic walks. We didn’t move the cars until we came away. A very comfortable stay
We have just returned from a lovely family weekend at Swallow Cottage. The cottage was perfect, had everything we needed and was in a great location for walking into Bakewell. We would love to go back again. Thank you.
