I have had to make three sepreate trips from complications due to a MC. Finally on the third trip they finally performed a D&C, rushed me out after the surgery and laughed at my half asleep statement about a DR note and that i will have to call tomorrow and that they cant do anything for my back pain. And let me add ive been seen on the 9th, 14th, and 27th with little to no help with my situation. I'd like to thank every single Sutter staff member who took such great care of my daughter! From Monday mornings ER staff, to the Med Floor nurses, DR's, LVN's! The medical care she received was excellent, quick, proactive as was the personal care of her and the family! WELL DONE SUTTER! #SutterMedicalCenter

Receptionist left a blanket on the floor for over two hours where some one could trip over it er waiting room was dirty no Evs around wait was way to long did not at any time ask for my daughters I d or insurance card I will never go there as a pt

13 hours in ER is way to long especially when i was the only one in the waiting room, once they get you in the Q it feels as if you have been forgotten, it would be nice if a meal was offered when your there that long, all staff have been friendly & kind & their hard work has made me feel better. Maybe ER should just review a few processes 13 hours is just way to long ! I give the medical unit a 5 & dietary a 1 when I finally got food it was cold when asked for something else not much to offer but a soggy turkey sandwich.
