RecommendedFriendly Competent staff!
My husband was on the Oncology wing in the isolation room. We had the best nurses in the world. Every person we encountered was very helpful and inviting. The doctor's were very thorough, detailed and compassionate. I feel the staff were all greatly concerned about my husband's health and trying to get to the solution of his illness. Wherever I went in the hospital I was greeted with a smile and everyone was helpful. I am thankful for Sutter Roseville Medical Center.

Having transferred my dad from Grass Valley to Sutter Roseville was a good decision. Wish we would have done it sooner, but complications kept arising. Long story short, the staff at trauma center were excellent and tended to him well. Special shoutout to Melaina, Renee, Vicki, Mohammed, and any other RN’s who saw him. It’s been a long and ongoing situation with other hospitals who did not treat him correctly, but in this instance Sutter Roseville did very well.

Awesome Trauma Hospital and medical center
What a nightmare. Understaffed and they are complete jerks to people who are obviously here dealing with something bad going on. They need a course on empathy and manners.
I have had my referral in the system for 4 weeks and I still can’t get an appointment. They first said they never received it. Try to fax it to them and their fax machine was busy for 3 days. Asked if there was an alternate media I could send it to but they said only fax. Then it finally gets to them they said 3-5 days to review. I call today and now it’s 7-10 days. All while I need to see a doctor but their urgency is lacking and it breaks my heart knowing people go through this all the time.
