Sutter is the worst hospital and so is their birth center and staff, they have a moms newborn ripped away from a mom because a mom has anxiety and ptsd even though the mom is on anxiety medication and my husband and i are suing sutter for emotional and physical and mental damages and we are filing illegal kidnapping charges and harm to our newborn daughter and we are filing charges of physical harm to me and my newborn that im still fighting to get back so fyi dont use sutter! Improve is not the word , my wife was there for back surgery, had it done and that night something happened there she called me at midnight to come and pick her up Which I did , when I got there it took them an hour to bring her down with an attitude in fact the transport person took a clean gown from my wife and we don’t care if you leave here naked thank god she had a gown of her own to put on , then he proceeded to cut her I D bracelet off her and now you are officially not a patient here any longer .... what the hell giv... read more
I would recommend the Medical Center, but not the Emergency Room. One would think with the overhaul of the ER, operations would run smoothly. While the physical changes are an enhancement, the personnel are terrible. I can't get in with my primary care doctor until the 4th of September. I have an UTI, diagnosed by the ER PA. Kudos to Dennis, he did me a solid. However, I was chastised by front desk nurses for coming to the ER for an UTI. Nurses are condescending and rude. They don’t do for the families who are not allowed in like they say they will. They never call back like they say they will. Sutter is the absolute worse hospital I have ever experienced.
RecommendedFive star experience 2 months ago diagnosed with lung cancer. Treatment team has been exceptional. I am coming from another HMO after 18 years to Sutter but so far they and the entire treatment team have been exceptional. The infusion center in Roseville has such a great team. Arla is the best along with Grace. I love these people who are helping me Dr Suhag and Dr Jones are so good, this life threatening experience which is not any fun, that I feel comfortable handing my fate to them and God. WARNING Sutter Roseville is refusing to treat patients for anything other than simple testing for covid. If you have any other problens go to another hospital. Make sure to call them first and ask if they are treating for things other than covid. PM me if you need proof of evidence.
