I have been with Sutter for an eternity, but in the last year or so, the doctors I have seen at Roseville Sutter have only been interested in my money. I have been going to Urgent care because my medical team has let me down time and time again, they have not fixed one of my issues, they pass you onto other doctors, it’s an exhausting game, one I just have no energy for. Shame on you, it should be illegal, how you steal money and don’t provide any service.
If i could give less than 1 star i would lets play ring around the rosey a pcp cant see you until august they tell you to go to the urgent care. Urgent care tells you they can't do any thing contact pcp. I have contacted everyone i was told to and no one is willing to help! Lets pass the buck then over charge you! In the mean time your post op with a possible infection and no one gives a rats ass!
The staff were very, very professional yet nice and gentle. I had a very pleasant experience while having a not so good experience with my gallbladder.
I received excellent care while at Sutter Roseville. I found the nursing staff to be friendly and very attentive.
I’ve never been so well taken care of in my life.
Love the quick service they have and the way the care for their patients!
