Get directionsHorrible service. I waited 5 hours to get any pain meds and 7 hours to even talk to a doctor!! They just stuck me in a bed and that was it!! Worst doctor or emergency room I've ever seen.
The physician spent less than two minutes with me. I felt like they didn't care. I literally cannot move or lift my arm. The doc didn't check my range of motion at all. No bones were broken but maybe I tore a muscle or something? They said there were no broken bones and sent me on my way. She didn't even ask how I got hurt or if anything else was injured. I had to call her back in the room to tell her I needed her to document all of my injuries. They were not thourough or caring at all.
Best doctors in the world. Had to see my doctor about a medically necessary device to control seizures. Needed to make sure it hadn't been damaged after a fall. She was able to get me in right away. Everything is ok. I wouldn't trade Dr. Lopez-Seminario for anything in the world.
Once again got my son treated as quickly as possible and back home to sleep off his migraine. Very kind nurses and doctors.
Dr. Young was understanding and laid back and I felt like he listened to me, taking the right route to treatment. I have bad anxiety, but he made me feel calm. Not too long of a time going in, but took forever for the provider and nurse to come back in after leaving for a sec.
I had a total knee replacement surgery on 4/25. The admitting staff was very kind. I did have a private room that I stayed in from 4/25 to 4/28. The staff for the most part was good. One nurse dropped my foot as I was trying to get off the bed to go to the bathroom. This caused my knee to go from fully extended to a 90 degree angle in a nanosecond. Made me cry. Another nurse took me to the restroom and then went on break. Robin, the PT gal taught me to use my robe belt to raise and lower my leg so then I became independent! ... read more
Got hit in the knee with a softball that didn't feel very soft at the time. Couldn't put weight on my left leg. As I hopped into the ER, they quickly got me a wheel chair, gathered my information and triaged my injury. A couple hours later, x-rays taken, doctor reviewed and nurse explained treatment. Every nurse, doctor and healthcare provider was professional and friendly. As much as I appreciated the excellent treatment, my hope is that I never have to go back!
I visit the SUTTER Cancer Infusion Center every 3 weeks for my continued treatment for breast cancer. The nurses are always cheerful, supportive, helpful & so positive. They have been such a key component to my positive attitude during this journey.
