I had an excellent experience with the ER staff on 2/4/17. I had encounters with at least 10 health care professionals from registration to respiratory and every one of them was efficient, skillful, professional and super nice. No one likes to go to the ER but your staff made it the very best possible experience. Thank you.
ER is always busy, which is understandable.. They triage appropriately... They are definitely Trying their best.. The hospital itself is a blessing. State of the art everything. All employees up on the 2nd floor are very professional and comforting. If people would STOP using the ER for A Dr's. Office they could be more efficient.. There is an Urgent care next door people.... If you have a runny nose and have had it for 3 days, call your Dr's. Office... Don't have a Dr? Get one.. ER is foe emergencies.....
My primary physician left and my new appointed Dr won't fill a scrip because she's never seen me? How is that my fault?!? Especially when it means I might have to go to the er because of the medicine they won't fill. I guess an ER visit puts more money in Sutter's pockrt so it works out for them. You failed me again Sutter...
