My father, who is on dialysis and has COPD AND mental health issues, needed a paracentesis. We were scheduled for an appointment at Sutter Imaging on Roseville Parkway. Upon the first two phone calls preparing us for the appointment I let them know about his mental health and that I attend all appointments with him, to act as a cushion so to speak. This was the most awful experience I've ever had at an imaging appointment with Sutter and I've been with them a very long time. The staff were not personable at all just very apathetic! It felt as though I was being rushed and disregarded. I drove from Fairfield so that I could have a MRI in an open MRI machine however when I got to the back it appeared to be the same machine that I could not get in years ago (Closed). It should have been documented that I am extremely claustrophobic and require a particular machine. ... read more
