Recommended2 yesrs ago today, we took our son Declan to the E.R. The Dr's and Nurses took great care and concern for our 1 month old, the fought hard with many life saving techniques to keep him alive. Declan was life flighted to the Sutter NICU, and is alive today thanks, to all at Sutter. We celebrate not just his birthday but on this day we celebrate his second lease on life.

If my diabetic son that also has Gastroparesis is on the verge of DKA, won't stop throwing up, and can't keep fluids down, we have to drive him all the way to the hospital down in Roseville to get decent care. Otherwise every stinking time Sutter Auburn just gives him fluids and releases him and tells us to come back when he's DKA. Even though he's still throwing up and will be back in two hours so we just end up taking him to Roseville. NO OTHER HOSPITAL DOES THIS! It's absolutely infuriating, careless and thoughtless. Not anymore. But also depends on what dr you get. Dr Owens is the best!! However, it was a much better place when it was just Auburn Faith. Before Sutter took over!
For EOnly for truly urgent problems. Otherwise you will get one of the PAs and they misdiagnosis all the time. More times than not I have to tell them what’s wrong with me. Their surgical department is awesome so are there nurses.
They have a "housing department". What exactly do they do? Why are their at-risk and terminal patients living on the streets outside the hospital?
They’re fast and accurate with the Dx got my husband from ED to ICU in just over an hour. On RT tx and bi pap. He’s doing great 6 months later.
