I’ve visited twice and both times the experience was extremely unpleasant. Prices are heavily inflated for the same quality of jewellery, with staff seemingly proud of the mark-up. There are far better options in Burlington Arcade. What shocked me most is that the store is run by a woman, yet it feels distinctly unwelcoming to single women buying for themselves. It’s unfortunate that this shop has survived for years by taking advantage of customers. I can only wish future buyers better luck.

I had been looking for the perfect watch for over a year. When I finally decided on the brand and make and knew I wanted to buy resale, I visited Susannah Jewellers. They knew exactly what I wanted and said they would call me when one comes in. Within a month, I got a call - showed up to try it on and perfecto. They fitted the watch to my wrist and provided all the original paperwork, boxing and history of repairs. I love the watch and loved the service!

Absolutely outstanding service from Susannah! I popped in in a bit of a panic because my ring had gotten stuck and wouldn’t come off no matter what I tried. Without hesitation, they welcomed me in and immediately helped — and even cut the ring off completely free of charge. A very good company to deal with. I wanted to purchase a Cartier necklace as a birthday gift. I found the perfect necklace and called them to find out further details. They were very helpful and understood the importance of secrecy as so my partner did not know that I was purchasing the necklace etc. The necklace arrived safely & securely and was gift wrapped (saved me a job).
