Had a visit from Matt, he turned up bang on time and presented very well. He suggested we should get the work completed before winter sets in which he said was possible. Was keen to move forward with him pending more info. After sharing measurements of the job as asked via email, all my emails were then ignored, as well as SMS messages. Eventually after 4 weeks I managed to call Matt where after introducing myself he said "oh" and hungup. My number has now been blocked.
