Surrey Lofts did a brilliant job on my loft and some work downstairs. Sarah and Leigh made sure we are on schedule. Whereas the builders Mann, Chris, and Sadiq were fantastic – super professional, worked quickly, and delivered really high-quality results. Surrey Lofts completed our Velux loft conversion within around six weeks, creating two bedrooms, a walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. Leigh is the ultimate project manager, being hands on and with an excellent eye for design (including a relatively last minute design change to incorporate a vaulted ceiling from first floor, which was a game-changer for the end result). We love our new extension! All building work was completed to a high standard and over a good timescale. Individual contractors were all very friendly hard working and tidy. Our final bill was very close to the original quote the snag list was completed in very good time.
Surrey Lofts completed the loft conversion on our 3-bed semi-detached house in Walton-on-Thames in the latter part of 2024. From start to finish, we received a great service. At the initial home survey when we were enquiring about the conversion, the team were open and honest about the fact the height in our loft was not sufficient to meet the minimum headroom height requirements in the final loft room.
