Maurice did a cold carvery for us yesterday afternoon, and it was perfect for my uncles birthday.We had a selection of different meats and had a good vegan and vegetarian side option for people that didn't eat meat. The meats were very tender and tender and very delicious,I asked his recipe, and it was a family one,which he wouldn't give away. Maurice catered for my birthday party. He made the evening very special. He provided hog roast and chunky chips which was absolutely perfect. We also had a cold buffet. He catered for vegans and vegetarians who really enjoyed their selection which was not the usual run of the mill. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone wanting any type of event. To top it off Maurice has such a bubbly personality and is such a joy to work with. I cannot wait to book him for my next event!
