I ordered a liberty tank and pump from supply house. **** arrived damaged. Supply house representative stated he would send me a pallet and straps to return it. Two weeks later no response. I called and they said they emailed me to ask for pictures. They also said I would have to call liberty pump to get this resolved. I will take the loss, before I will jump through a bunch of hoops. I am a busy entrepreneur. I will not do business with people who play games. Every plumber I know will now know that you are not here to help ... read more

This company says it has no control over shipping. Upon ordeing my order it said or I thought it said guaranteed delivery on Wednesday Oct 12th 2022 now they do not even know when it will get here. They have no control over shipping when I got told. Well then they should not say when the delivery date will be when they can not control the delivery. What an absolute joke of a company!

Just received my first order today. Great job. Found the company online yesterday after having difficulty find the right York furnace filter elsewhere. The correct filter arrived the next day as promised. Just what I ordered - plus it was securely packaged and the *** tracking link they directed me to was spot on. Company lies on their website about shipping times. When I ordered at 9am Monday it said order today and have it tomorrow (27th). I get shipping notification last night. I check it this morning and it just says label created. I called and was lied to by the rep who assured me it went out on the truck. Not until 1:41 today (day I was supposed to have the part) it shows on way and I will have it tomorrow. I don't appreciate being lied to and will never, ever use this company again for parts.

Needed some specialty 2.5 to 3 reducer couplings and their prices seemed too good to be true so I looked up their reviews and decided to take a chance with their 3.4/5 rating. I am glad I did! They were to my house in less than 48 hours and exactly as described and now theyre my go to supplier for all my pvc fittings. Where Im a pool builder I go through a lot and the money theyve saved me compared to local plumbing suppliers and Lowes and HD theyve increased profit margins in measurable way. I highly recommend them.

Excellent company! This place is beating the local supply houses by far! If I place my order in the morning I usually get it next day. Have been a customer for years and never have had a problem. I called customer service with a question and they went above and beyond to help.

I am very disappointed in their return/refund policies. I had a plumber install my water heater and it turned out to be defective, so in this case I could get a refund or a replacement. However, I have already paid for it to be installed. And now I have to pay to have it uninstalled before they will reimburse me for the $1200 I paid for the unit.
