The item arrived 2 days after ordered ( I also ordered it in the late afternoon) and did not have to pay for shipping they did a amazing job.
They are not transparent with their return policies. They say it's easy, but do not mention that consumer has to pay. I initially contacted support because my electrical would not support the heater but when I saw that the heater arrived with the original packaging in shreds, parts of the heater were showing from the box - it was going to have to go back regardless. When I contacted support, they were no help at all besides saying I could try to get shipping somewhere else.
They are terrible. They keep sending me the wrong part. **************** is terrible and super hard to get a hold of.
take forever to get money back after returning stuff, customer service will keep telling you to wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Haven't get the money back after you do your return one month ago.

Most painful experience dealing with this company. Gave me the run around to deal with a warranty on a defective product. Told me to contact them after a bad review but did the same thing so don't waste your time. Had me call the warranty department of Amtrol that no one picks up and hangs up again and again.

Needed a new gas valve asap, they had the best price and delivery time of any of the respectable dealers I could find online. Part shipped when they said it would, arrived when the said it would, and was in perfect condition. Can't ask for much more than that.
I'm a self employed electrician, been in the trades for 50 years mostly industrial. I'm semi retired but love to work, keeps me busy and I make good money. When I need a "hard to find" item and I need it quickly I no longer use Amazon for construction supplies, they are more expensive.I have told many customers and contractors about **********************, they are right up there with McMaster **** but much cheaper. ***** is beautiful .

Looked up the part number on the site and there was a match. It even had a picture of the sticker which allowed me to zoom in and match all the numbers on my current ********** so I knew I was ordering exactly what I ********* even came in 2 days early which is great as it was going to be in the 80's today!Put the motor in and vola, HVAC is working again!!Now all I have to do is figure out why I needed to change the motor in the first place :(
