Ordered multiple times throughout the years as a DIY homeowner. Shipping is super fast (I usually gets it in a day) and they carry everything under the sun. Dealt with customer service on two occasions and both time they were super helpful and took care of me. Highly recommended over *****************

They sent a low quality part. plus, they originally claimed they will deliver it in 4 days but it took 9 days to deliver.

They sent a generic, ( not honeywell) part and it wasn't the correct part. They advertise 3 to 5 days returns. Just told me it could be up to 10.

Ordered from Supply House because **** ******* recommended them and because they promised next day delivery of my furnace part. With a cold snap around the corner and a house full of young kids, I relied on their representations to cancel a scheduled repair through a contractor, who is now unavailable. Nothing short of a horrendous experience with the supply house. Shipped damaged product. And when the undamaged item arrived it was incorrect. They will not return the item and have nothing to say and are not willing to discuss options. I now have an 80+ yr old client that is out $1400 for a tank that is not usable for any person. They cannot sell the tank because it is unusable. This company should be ashamed of it's policies and lack of care for it's client.
I recently ordered water heater elements and rod and received them in a timely manner. However, every day since I place the order my laptop screen is covered with pictures of parts and ads for SupplyHouse. Somehow, SupplyHouse has invaded my computer screen space with constant ads all day long. And they always picture stupid parts that I do not need. They seem to have somehow corrupted my computer address with a virus that displays their ads every few seconds throughout the day. I will never order from this company again.
I placed an order for four items on June 29, 2023 at 3:30 pm because Supplyhouse.com offered next day delivery for three of the items if ordered before 4:00 pm. *** notified me that the three items were picked up by *** today at 4:48 pm, and are scheduled for delivery on July 6th, six days later than promised. The polite term for this behavior is disingenuous false advertising. People less concerned with being polite probably would use less favorable words to describe this company.
