I ordered a hot water recirculation pump to replace the original Builder installed pump in my house. The price was reasonable and the customer service was great, i.e., they helped me isolate my problem over the phone and delivered parts quickly. I have not had any issues with the replacement part (been installed for almost two years now). STAY AWAY!!! Supply House sells junk products and will not stand behind them. I purchased an inducer motor in April 2019, it is now less than 2 years later and the motor has gone bad again! They will offer me a $30 courtesy credit. What a joke!!! STAY Away

Suppyhouse.com returns are a serious issue. I returned a fan motor on 12/29/20 and I still have not received a credit for my purchase. I have called 3 times and each time they say that the credit is being processed. Called again today 1/25/21 and I received word that it will now be processed and it will take up to 5 business days for the credit to be applied. I will use them again. This is my first time, and I had to replace a bathroom fan. By just purchasing the motor from SupplyHouse.com, they saved me nearly 70% of the cost, and I had a new motor that works great, in a few days after the order. The part was identical to the removed unit, all original fasteners and fan, no changes or modifications. Thank you!

Beware of defective cheap parts that they will not stand behind. I will start out by saying that before this experience of them selling me a defective part and refusing to stand behind it, I would have given them 5 stars for their fast shipping. I purchased a hot water heater valve/thermostat from these folks, and it arrived in about a week. This is the first time I dealt with Supply House. I placed my order on a Sunday and the site indicated I would get it by Tuesday (2 days later). I assumed that the company was just exaggerating on the 2 day delivery especially since I placed it on a Sunday & I took the lowest delivery cost. But lo & behold the package arrived on Tuesday. This was impressive & shockingly fast. Very impressive. Definitely will use this company again & will recommend it to friends.
