Patty an Sam were wonderful to deal with!!! Had some work done to our generator, we are very happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend Superior Energy!

Since the time we contracted with Superior for propane, the original tank began showing its age, so I contacted them for a switch out. Patty was extremely helpful in scheduling the appointment. Then unfortunately the pipe leading to my outdoor grill developed a leak, so I called Patty again to schedule the repair in conjunction with the tank replacement. Pricing is very high. They tell you one price to start and then they jack it way up. Very shady
100% customer satisfaction! Starting with Anne-Marie to Mike M and Rich, everyone was outstanding, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and quick. Our problem was our propane hot water heater stopped working (from another company) but was fixed in an extremely timely manner by Superior!!! When they say “everything propane” they mean it! We had a great experience with superior. Rick came out to the house twice and made sure we understood everything. Patty was excellent keeping in contact and helping us with a rebate. Installation was completed in a timely manner and Mike m and Mike h made sure everything was set up right. They even came back out to fix the tanks because they tilted after fill up. Thank you very much and looking forward to future service.
