Rich and Mick H. were very knowledgeable, courteous and informative about the installation of our new gas range. They explained everything they were doing step by step. Leveled the range and explained what each button was for and how it worked. It was interesting to watch them setup the range giving us step-by-step information. I was pleased with the service from Superior Energy, LLC. Patty found an installation appointment that worked for myself, Mike M and Bob, who did a great job putting in a tank and taking away the old tank.
Rich arrived on time and checked all appliances that used propane gas and the tanks themselves. He then took the time to explain how the whole system worked, reviewed safety issues, power outages and answered whatever questions I had. He could not have done more to make me feel comfortable with propane gas.
Rick was great helping me figure out what I needed, Patty found an installation appointment that worked with my schedule, and Rich installed it quickly! Great first experience working with Superior!
Both Patty and Mike M were extremely helpful (and patient!). We have never used propane before, so it was great information.
Scheduling and rescheduling my furnace service couldn't have been easier. Patty was very accommodating with my last minute request to reschedule. On the day of the service, Mike was quick and efficient. I am very satisfied with the service provided.
Superior Energy, is definitely a 5 star company to do business with. Specifically, Rick, Mike and Patty make it 5 star. They are all polite, knowledgeable and responsive. Mike and Rick worked around my schedule and Rick took care of working with the inspector to ensure everything was set up properly. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing propane service.
