Never I have met a female technician but a pleasant surprise when meeting Sam. She was on time and courteous and took her time to explain to me what she was doing and what I need to know for future use. Patty was extremely helpful in finding a time for the technician to come as my schedule is a little constraining as to availability. She checked back with me to assure that I was happy with the work. Very happy to recommend Superior to any future client.
Superior Energy is an excellent company. Had my unit serviced by Sam and was extremely pleased. She replaced a bad igniter so thankfully I won’t be in the cold when the weather turns. Tho office staff, including Patty, are always friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend Superior Energy to anyone in need of a propane company.
Superior Energy has been supplying our propane for the gas log fireplace in our home for the last 21 years. Patty in the office is always a pleasure to speak with. Sam was the technician who performed our preseason tuneup this year. She is very personable and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with the service this company provides.

We've had Superior Energy for 13 years. I needed my propane tank moved away from the house to meet code. Mike H came out to do the job. He was very professional and courteous. I was very happy with the work that was done. Also the company itself seems more customer friendly then I remember. And they seem to offer more services. I would highly recommend.
