Excellent service, from the office staff to the road staff/technicians. Recently had my furnace cleaned and without being asked he checked levels of the tanks and checked/changed the batteries in the thermostat.
I spent the better part of a day calling every business I could to get an emergency service call. I should have called Superior first but thought I had a bad relationship with them. When I finally called, Mike showed up within an hour and had my heat going in minutes! Mike, you're the best! 5 ☆s to you brother. And by the way, you left your flash light here.
Random fees, canceled appointments, lack of expertise, horrible communication. Absolutely nothing about them to recommend.

Great, great, GREAT service! I needed propane tanks and service for my new pool heater. came out to see what needed to be done and got me set up with everything I needed. Patty was constantly in touch to let me know what was happening, when techs would be at the house. Mike did great work, getting everything hooked up.
