From my salesman Rick, to Patty the Secretary and Mike the Technician who set the tank, I was impressed by everyone's thoroughness with their jobs. I was well educated about everything that was involved in the entire process from Rick's inspection of the previous tank (another company), the delivery lines, the cook top stove and hot water heater and making sure that everything was as it should be, including inspection of the shutoffs. Every one that we worked with at Superior lived up to their name! Starting with Rick who explained every thing we needed, Patty setting up the appointment, Samatha was very thorough, knowledgable and friendly(excellent job!),Bob and Mike did an excellent job setting up tank. Every one did an excellent job and they where very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recomend Superior Propane!!
Rick came to our house discussed everything we needed. Wrote the quote down, explained in detail so we were comfortable. Patty scheduled everything quickly and was great to work with. It was a pleasure to work with the company. Everything went smoothly. Sam came and connected everything. Can't say enough about how professional they all were. Would recommend very highly.
From the sales person(Rick)and everyone else we had contact with have been exceptional people to deal with. Delivery person was pleasant and on time.
Recently we switched propane provider and we are extremely pleased with sales service and instillation by Superior Energy. The process began with Rick who explained in good detail the product and cost followed by Patty who coordinated delivery and paperwork and followed up by Mike and Neil who delivered and installed our new propane tank. Thank you all for your good service and we highly recommend Superior Energy.

I had a gas log set installed and really wanted to be able to use it for the holidays. Rick in sales was very professional and answered all my questions, Patty was quick with the scheduling and OMG Sam was awesome with the install never having installed this type of log in the past. I wish I had gotten the name of the man who drilled for the line, great job drilling through my old stone fireplace! Highly recommend Superior!

We feel the same as the majority of the posts so far. Patty was very friendly, Rick was quick with quote and knowledgeable of the whole process, and Rich and Sam who did the install were professional, courteous, efficient and on time! The entire process from start to finish went so smoothly, we will be using Superior again in the near to hook up gas fireplace. We will highly recommend this company to others!
