I contacted Superior Energy for pre-season cleaning of my propane fireplace/stove. Patty was so friendly and helpful in setting up an appointment that worked with my schedule! She called with a cheery reminder on the day before my appointment. Mike H arrived on time for the cleaning/safety check! He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He did an excellent job cleaning the stove and performing the safety check! We’re ready for winter. Thank you Superior Energy!
From Patty in the office to Mike H in the field, we had the best experience! Thank you both so much! It has been a long time since we have had a customer experience that we can feel good about. In todays society, everyone is rushing, not being thorough and as result you don't get what you need. This truly was not the case with Patty and Mike. Very responsive to inquiries and are quick to answer questions and concerns.
Rick made the entire install process as simple as can be. He came to my house for the original consult and was very detailed going through all my options. He kept me in the loop working with the HVAC company as I was converting from oil to propane heat. Went out of his way to make sure permits were pulled quickly and even offered to lend me an AC unit when I was without my central air in the middle of the summer. Great guy, and the entire team (Patty, Mike, Rich) made the process hassle free. Thanks again!
