Great team and service at Superior! Rick was very prompt with the quote and very knowledgable on the building permit process. Sam the technician that came to our house worked very efficiently. She called first to notify when she would be there and spoke with us afterwards to let us know how her work went. Patty in the office was very polite and great to deal with with scheduling and payment.

Excellent Service Across the board. From my initial interaction with Rick - who quickly assessed my needs and managed to 'make it happen'! Thanks Rick. Mike was very quick and efficient with the set up process. He patiently showed me everything i needed to know about using my gas fireplace. Finally, Patty was a delight to work with in the office. We give Sam and Superior, 5 Stars! We had our annual cleaning and Sam who came out to do the work. Was very efficient and friendly! We recommend both Superior and Sam and she loved the dogs!
