I bought a car at superior auto in Monticello Indiana had car a little over a year while driving blew up Head gasket had it fixed on my dime to a room of 2500 plus tow of 200 and a hotel bill of 800 not included the food I ask for a little help because I'm on fixed income I got no help from them and now they are picking up my car after I put more then I had and maxed card out to do it they need a heart and fined
I bought a 2008 Ford Escape from the Kokomo location in May of 2019. Since then, I have spent a extra $2600.00 dollars on repairs on it. First it was the ignition switch that went out, then the right front brake caliper broke, and now the transmission went out. That's 2600.00 dollars in 6 months. We do provide assistance if a customer experiences a mechanical problem shortly after the sale. Mr. B****** is no exception. When he informed us about the problem with ignition switch, it was approximately 1 week after the sale so we asked him to get us a repair estimate. He did not provide us with an estimate, even after we repeatedly reminded him in the following months that we would not be able to help him without an estimate. I bought a car from the Defiance office and it ran great for 4 days after that i had to replace the alternator and battery also when i purchased the car it had no oil in it as well as the sway bar links are broke. I called after making a review and was screamed at by the male at the Defiance office ** **** ****** *** **** ******* ** ** *** **** ******all because I made a bad review he thinks it ok to scream ** **. I have been with them for over 10 years and this past Saturday I was treated completely horrible by the manager and another female employee, I have sent people here who have purchased cars, they are always junk yet I still stayed, well after this I will never go here and I recommend never going here. Cussing and calling me names, they should not have their jobs, obviously they shouldn't be working with the public. I had to call the police and file a complaint and I'm working with the BBB, with experience was horrible..

I Bought a vehicle approximately five months ago. This vehicle hasnt been able to be driven for over a month due to all the things wrong with it. I spoke with the GM of the store and she told me to get an estimate from the dealership and send it to her. That’s what I did. Just the estimate alone cost me $200 Due to all the different systems they had to check bc of all the issues with it. Normal estimates are $85.
