I was an account representative for Superior Auto at their Heath ********* I didn't last two months at this company, because I can't treat customers like an ATM or sell vehicles that are NOT going to last. Never Buy a Car From Them....The harassing phone calls and text after being 1 day late after having paid 2 years on time for the car.

Neither phone calls nor text messages are "harassing." If a person feels harassed by such contact, the simple solution is to make the payment on or before the date on which it is due. The fact is this: we would rather not even have to make such contact, but we are required to contact any customer who does not pay on or before the due date.
The office in **********the ppl are rude. Jamie the manager called my daughter in law a ***** and Zoey yelled at me on the phone. Jamie has made threats. I had a stroke a while back still off work I called to see if they could help me in any way so I can keep my car and they said NO. So every week I try my best to make my payment. They are at my door before it's even due.
This company has older model vehicles that they charge 2 to 3 times what the blue book value is. I have two vehicles one I bought a year after the one at Superior Auto and the one from Superior Auto is way older and I still owe more for it than the newer model I got a year after the one at Superior Auto. I still owe almost $7000 on a late model vehicle that’s only booked valued at almost $2000. That’s a rip off! If I could put ZERO stars i would. I have had NOTHING but issues with this company since day one in March of 2018. I have less than 6 months to pay of my car. Have put thousands of dollars in to it. When I first got it I had to replace the transmission, wheel barring's and axels. Recently I had to replace the catalytic converter. I think they are nothing but a den of thieves. I've made every payment on time and now they are accusing me of being late. Do not shop here.

On February 19, 2019, Mr. P*** signed a document identified as “Recurring Payment ACH Authorization Agreement” allowing *** ******** ***. to withdraw his periodic payment every other Friday. These are the kind of car lots that give people nightmares. Was told how “lucky I was to come here. We are going to be the only place that will be able to get you into a car”. Found out later that was a huge lie my credit was good enough to go to a regular dealership. This is the worst customer service iv ever had!!!! How can you live with yourself when all the employees are rude and nasty. I called to get information regarding this company. Some lady answered and was just rude and nasty to me. Look if your that angry and rude at your job quit. I'm done getting yelled/rude words for askin simple questions. I think Superior Auto is a rip off!!! Their cars are over priced long with junk vehicles. Of course they have a program you can use and pay MORE money to have your car fixed. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

This consumer’s complaint presumably comes from the fact that he experienced a mechanical problem. However, that mechanical problem was first mentioned approximately 7 months after his purchase. It’s simply unreasonable for any motor vehicle seller to postulate that a mechanical problem will occur 7 months into the future.
