I was not able to access my account online nor did I ever receive any sort of welcome email or text from them which I was told I would receive. I sent a cancellation request over email. My card was still charged. I called and they told me I never sent a cancellation request. Without proof they would not issue a refund. Between the lies and money theft they are an awful company.

I started using superstar car wash a couple years ago, but never signed up for a subscription because I didn't go there often enough. Eventually they offered me a $12.95 car wash and said that I could pay that price for a month of unlimited washes, however they didn't mention anything about the subscription continuing past that month, or being charged more after the original one month subscription. I was at ****************, **** ** location. I locked my keys in my car. I asked to call my husband to bring me keys and then I was offered for them to unlock my vehicle. They tried unsuccessful for over a half hour which caused damage to my vehicle. Never was I told they would be damaging my vehicle. I got an estimate for them to repair it and they refused.

If I can give no stars that would be my rating. Primarily for the unprofessional Supervisor named German whom tried to fight a customer for damage reported while vehicle went through car wash. I even called corporate and the info was shared with regional manager and no response or apology given. To have such reckless hotheaded employees working in this type of setting is complete and utterly unacceptable. I will remove all my families memberships and go elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE - ************ is committing fraud with every "special wash" they get customers to buy. They did this to both me and my daughter. They literally owe us over $100 for the unapproved monthly charges. There is never any communication of the fact that it is a monthly recurring charge, and they don't provide refunds once you notice the charges on your CC. TOTAL SCAM! They have been dong this for years - I cannot believe that there is not a class action law suit or some sort of penalty from the state for the business.... read more

Buyer beware. I took my car through this car wash yesterday at 11:15 and halfway through the wash my husband heard a snapping noise on the back of the roof area of the car. Lo and behold we lose radio signal immediately when this happened and come to find out the antenna had been snapped off completely (pics attached). The gentlemen running the wash was helpful and took the incident report which we then took to their recommended shop for the repair. They will get back to us once the part is in for the repair. someone needs to take action against this company... they keep charging card and we keep trying to cancel and they hang up on you when on call and rude!! THEY DOUBLED PRICES almost and never notified and keep telling us show us a confirmation # of cancellation... its not good folks,.,., STAY AWAY!!!!

Absolutely astonishing how this company is getting away with signing people up for memberships without their knowledge and charging their cards. I am currently on hold with my bank to dispute the recurring charges I have been getting after going for one single car wash. I too was scammed into the oh hey miss, let me help you with your payment and they took my card to swipe.
