I tried to cancel my recurring membership and they have you fill out a form online saying that someone will get in contact with you to cancel which they dont do. If you call their phone number they tell you to fill out a form online to cancel so you cant get a hold of a line person. Also they increased my monthly membership from $17.95 to $22.95 without notice.

I've made so many attempts to reach this company to cancel my membership, it's ridiculous. I've sat on hold for over an hour and never once moved place in line. They advertise "cancel at any time" but then make it literally impossible to do so. If you try it on their website, an error code pops up every single time and will prevent you from canceling. It doesn't matter what browser you use, or if you try it from their app. The app reroutes you to the website, which will then throw the error code. I just need them to stop cha... read more

Impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone and web site continues to provide an error message when trying to cancel monthly payment plan. Very shady!

Went yesterday 9/19/21 to get a wash. One of the employees went to assist with the payment. She goes and says: "Oh we have a $2.95 wash going on today, do you want to get it?" and I agreed. Then she said she will need my phone number. I asked what was the phone number for. She said: "Oh it is just for our rewards program and you'll get the $2.95 wash". I said okay sounds good. I come here very frequently and on 8/24 I went and got a full service car wash. During the time they had my car in their possession, my antenna fin on the back of my vehicle was ripped off inside the car wash. I noticed it about an hour afterwards and called back to see if they had found an antenna fin and they did find my part inside their car wash. Horrible customer service. If you take your vehicle there and don't have a problem, consider yourself lucky. If you do have a problem, don't expect a happy outcome. The management is inept and unwilling to do anything to resolve your issue. Find another car wash and save yourself a lot of grief.

I had made an appointment to get my car detailed and I showed at at 9 am. They told me that my car would be done at 2 pm and they would give me a call when my car was done. I called them at 3:15 pm to see if my car was ready and they told me it was. I showed up to pick up my car and nothing was done to it! There was dust all over it and bird ****. Horrible customer service would give them zero stars if I could. Call their customer service to request a refund for a plan that charged me under the 30-day ****. However during this time I had a very sick family member who passed away and was unable to cancel it before the 30 day **** not knowing I was going to be billed before then. The customer service was very rude. I have never had such bad customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Don’t ever go here !! Poor customer service no communication between employees! Waited over 4 *****hours on-site for them to tell me they’re barely going to start the job!! Ridiculous!!! Pre paid $200 worth full detail to get done! I need my refund back, some ********!!
