I received my 14" premium shox's right around the 6 week mark from the order. The installation was simple and included the relocation blocks. I've put about 300 miles on riding 2 up and the ride is incredible. If your thinking of purchasing shocks for your bike, Its easy to get drawn to the big name companies, I looked at them but kept reading reviews for Super Shoxs and decided to pull the trigger. Well I would just like to say I’m so happy with my new Super Shox! This past July I recently just bought a new to me 2015 SGS. It had the stock shocks on the bike. Keep in mind the bike only has 4,000 miles on it. Well the bike was so rough to ride especially with 2 up. A lot of people off various sites recommended Super Shox. The difference? Night and Day Darkness and Light I went from stock shocks to the 14 1/2 inch Super Shocks on my 2020 Harley Davidson Triglide Ultra. When I watched the video of the super shocks on the Triglide, I was a bit skeptical. OK I was a lot skeptical. Superior American made product with customer service that is unequaled. Like most of the other reviews, I waited to try out these shocks in as many riding situations as practical. My riding friends are fully aware of the other products out there and we're very impressed as was I. Much thanks to Brian and his patience in making my decision for a somewhat atypical cycle set-up.
after 1st ride right out the box these shocks are a game changer. i”m 330 and had stock shocks maxed out, should have done this years ago. smooth ride and more control in the corners
In one word ... Excellent. I rarely give 5 star reviews but have no hesitation in doing so for Super Shox. Installed a set of Premium LT's on our '21 RG Limited and set preload per the chart provided. My wife and I got in 200+ test ride miles covering it all; county roads, highway, interstate, twistys, clover leafs, bridge transitions, railroad tracks, roads with a lot of filled in seams, new pavement ... we'll see after more miles but currently don't feel the need for further adjustment.
