I am VERY happy with the product!! Our roads in Manitoba Canada are quite bad with potholes and just overall rough. I bough my 2013 Ultra last August I was really disappointed it the ride. Bumps would shoot rite threw my spine. Also when my wife was along it would be even worse and id have to be really careful watching for bums. So I originally came from Legends Suspension. I had nothing but issues. First set broke on my first trip loaded up with gear. Second and third set blew out o rings in the shaft...on a trip. You'd have thought id learned. I found Super Shox a few years ago but didn't bite the bullet. Recently got a set of RR1 Platinum LT (14"). Miles ahead of Legends. Great company. Very helpful helping find the right shocks. The kit arrived and all parts were complete and fit perfectly. Installation took less than an hour. Ride quality on my 2019 Electraglide was instantly and drastically improved. Overall a great experience and quality workmanship.
Bike feels tight to the road, rides great!
Put a set on my 2019 Street Glide and did a 630 mile trip this past weekend with my wife. Had some solo time as well and we are both thrilled with the feel!! Brian and the guys did a fantastic job and I'd recommend them to all my friends.
Hi Brian, I just want to start by saying thank you so much. I thought I was going to have to buy a new bike because my wife didn't want to ride anymore. (2004 stock shocks) Your premium shocks made the bike feel and handle better than new! Also so easy to install with the re- location brackets. This is the best upgrade you can get to make your touring bike safe and really comfortable, the attention by the owner Brian is awesome, very happy with this upgrade.
My 21 flhtk was a beast with the stock set up so I went with another un-named brand that was fairly inexpensive. That was a mistake, so after much research of other options and reading many reviews I contacted Brian who recommended their 14 inch SP2 set up. I pulled the trigger and must say I wish this would have been my first choice. My bike has been transformed as pot holes, transitions and drive way dips no long jar my spine and bottom outs are non existent.
