Is there a way to give ZERO stars? Filthy rooms, a wet mattress, leaking ceiling over a 5-gallon bucket in the lobby, no parking for check-in or unloading/loading, no towels, and difficulty getting a refund. I must say the young man at the front desk was respectful and professional despite the many simultaneous complaints about the property, mine included. Contact Wyndham corporate. It was the worst place I have ever stayed at. How it is still up and running is beyond me. All the reviews that have been placed before mine...NOTHING has changed and nothing has been fixed. (I wish I read them all before booking my stupidity) I will never stay there again nor ever recommend it to anyone to stay, seriously think it's the worst hotel on that whole strip. Never ever stay there!

I would not even give this place a 1 star!!! The room is dirty! There was blood and a burn hole in one of our comforters and green (looks like baby poop) on the other!!!! The windows have hand prints and marks all over them! We were told someone was coming to clean that and the dirty floors when we called after coming into the room and that was at 345! No one has come! Customer service isn’t even a thing for the staff here! I have never had this issue at Virginia Beach and we will never be back to this hotel again!!!

*** pics in comments**** We stay in a lot of hotels all year for various sports for our kids. If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. Checked in... gave us a room with people in it. Rechecked in... gave us ANOTHER room with people in it. Finally got checked into a room with no one in it. The front desk staff was rude, not knowledgeable, and ate during the entire check in. It was not clean at all, called down to front desk to get more cover for bed that wasn’t made up correctly to begin with, was told that we could come down to get. Ice machine was suppose to be on floors 1st, 2nd & 3rd, only had one on the 1st that did NOT work! Then was told by front working staff to go next door to their “sister” hotel to get ice & they laughed and looked at us like we were crazzzy bc that was not allowed to do! Pool was filthy and not cleaned at all! Cheap stay & NOT clean for sure!!

Absolutely disgusting, nasty and gross!! No housekeeping for the duration of our stay (four days!) Big pile of poop in toilet in room upon arrival. Took out our own trash, towels and linens. Advanced booked a roll away bed and never received it. Had to go buy bed at Wal-Mart. Hotel reeked of weed. To get towels, linens, toilet paper or trash bags, you had to go to front desk. Had car towed out of Super 8 parking lot with tag displayed on dashboard. Pool was full of trash. Hotel was in total disrepair. Don’t waste your money ... read more
