It was nasty mold and bugs everywere
disgusting. No wash cloths, no flat sheets, the room was dirty. and management did absolutely nothing to fix any if the issues.
DISGUSTING. DIRTY. UNPROFESSIONAL. DRUGGIES. REAKS OF WEED AND TOBACCO. ONLY THING CLEAN WERE OUR LINENS. EVERYTHING ELSE IS SO UN CLEAN, FLOORS, SHOWER, FIXTURES, CIGARETTE BUTTS IN ELEVATOR. STAFF SELLING DRUGS ON PREMISES. NO BATHTUB. NO SHOWER CURTAIN. TRASH EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE. 2 TOWELS FOR 4 GUESTS. NO DAILY CLEANING STAFF. TOOK OUT OUR OWN TRASH. HAD TO ASK FOR MORE TOWELS AND BED SHEETS. NOT KID FRIENDLY. DO NOT RECOMMEND WHAT SO EVER. SPEND MORE MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE! PICTURES ARE PROOF.
Nasty dirty rooms not clean at all the whole place smells like pee there was stains all over the the sheets worst place ever
My boyfriend is a license gun owner and his glock was stolen from our hotel room (almost 100% sure by a staff member). The staff and management didn’t seem to care. We filed a police report and they are now treating it as a burglary. On top of that, the hotel is gross. Our blinds didn’t work, the bathrooms lighting was crap, the bedding was thin and not comfortable. The tv didn’t work, coffee maker didn’t work. AND, the entire place reeks of cigarettes. this is the worst hotel you can possibly stay at! when I book The Room I was never told that this hotels under construction! You can't get by in the hallways because of ladders and such. also the housekeepers carts are in the way. as far as housekeeping goes, I'm from Atlanta, and the housekeepers up here are way more ghetto than I've ever seen in my life! the room smell like a wet dog! I am so angry that I drove from Atlanta and spent the money to stay here!
