the air conditioner didn't work, the room was so warm we were sweating after the ac was set at 60 for 8 hours. The fridge was not working, the ice inside of it started to defrost and soaked the floor and we realized this after my 4 year old slipped and fell on the tile and bruised his knee. the room itself just felt dirty. First, you have to park a block away and walk to hotel. If lot is-full good luck, you have to find somewhere else to park. And you have to pay. There is only one elevator. The only ice machine they have doesn’t work. There was trash in the pool. Dirty diapers around the pool. The beds are hard as a brick. The only good thing about the hotel is that it’s oceanfront but there is construction on the beach in front of the hotel so you had to walk a block away to get to the ocean. It’s not worth the price tag.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty. Disrepair. So bad I only stayed one night. When I checked out early the lady at the front fest said I would only be charged for the one day. And as expected I was charged for 2 days. I have sent a number of emails to this hotel requesting my card get credited back for the overcharge for the day I did not spend there, and they will not even respond. . Stay away from this dump. You have been warned. I’d give ZERO stars if I could.
No washcloths. What hotel runs out of washcloths. Homeless people climbing over first floor balcony and going into the room. Notified front desk and they did nothing about it. Many homeless sleeping on benches on boardwalk. Side door unlocked seen some homeless coming in this way. Room was filthy. Door to balcony did not lock. Parking is a nightmare. Horrible place!!! Great staff and location.. wish I had never stayed here though. IT IS AWFUL!!!!!

This place was NASTY! Roaches, broken elevators, no bath mats, 1 towel per room. We didn’t stay but for 4 hours and were charged 3 nights! I’ve called customer service, and all they do is direct you to the franchise owner- whom probably could care less. One guy working there was amazing and helped us carry our stuff down several flights of stairs- the front desk staff was not at all friendly.
Horrible hotel! Don’t waste your money. Rooms are not clean, very disgusting! The GM is not professional at all! She needs to be fired!
Room was filthy. Mold in bathroom. Hair on floor. Tables not cleaned not towels in the room
