Absolutely disgusting. Decided not to stay 5 mins in and they kept all 600$ of ours and we are battling like hell to get it back. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. I HAVE NASTY PICS
Deserves no stars. Elevator broken. Stairway smells like urine. Rooms smells like smoke. Bed and pillows are awful. Do not stay here.
I’ll start with the good. The bed was clean and the toilet was clean haha. The place is really old and run down and even though they threaten a 200 dollar cleanup fee for smoking cigarettes in the rooms the smell of weed has overrun the place. Just having to be here for one night after being in the area briefly was fine but don’t bring your family here. Fine for a one night stop but nothing more.
Worst place.ever! Should be -5 stars! Dirty tub, pubes in the sink, staff was soooo rude, didn't make the bed, sold my ocean front room to someone else due to overbooking.
Rooms were facing the beach were excellent, the housekeeping staff were friendly; however when we checked in, the girl at the front desk was rude to my husband and to me. If it wasn't for the 75 dollar cancellation fee, I would have went to another hotel
