Not NVR house keeping sucks bunch of lazy ppl
this is by far the worst place to stay. the bathroom is discussing with a patchwork ceiling. we had to ask multiple time for things like towles, blankets and toilet paper. tried to call the front desk only to find our phone didnt work due to a missing cord. the staff clearly cant even maintain the basics. save rhe hassle and stay somewhere else.
Don't stay here. Just don't. I wish I'd read these comments before making my reservation. I reserved an oceanfront room months ago, but did not get it. They're blaming it on Wyndham. That's just one of many problems I've had and I've only been here 80 minutes. The housekeeping staff are wonderful!!
We were on the fourth floor. It is right off the beach. Located near alot of great places to shop and eat. Our room was nice.
i can overlook the fact we had no towels and cosmetic ignorances but the warden on breakfast duty after waiting almost an hour in line, no way! only 1 waffle iron, extreme waits and then she closed down breakfast before we got our turn, even though we were down there 40 min before breakfast was over.
What an awful hotel! It doesn't deserve any stars!! Disgusting and filthy doesn't even begin to describe it. We made the mistake of not reading the reviews first. My sister did get her money refunded after contacting corporate. We never stayed. We left after looking at 2 different filthy rooms. We weren't the only ones complaining or leaving. Patel's should not be allowed to own any Real Estate!
