Staff was so rude! Mold everywhere. all you could smell was weed, mold and mildew. Air conditioner was broke. No washcloths and the front desk lady got rude as hell when I asked for them. Also ignorant AF when someone asked how to use the waffle maker. acted like it was ruining her day. I forgot to mention the ants in the bathroom. ugh I need a bath in bleach after staying here.
Can we just say WOW! So the receptionist(s) are rude at check in, the hotel is dirty and smells like pee, they don’t tell you they don’t have an actual tub (just a shower slab) AND to top it off they BANG on your door at 1:30am to ask a dumb question. Spend the extra $10 folks and stay somewhere else!! #ilovetheschooner
clean the rooms !! clean and update hotel. breakfast was a joke and had long lines. Elevators didn't work nothing in the vending machine . Pool area never cleaned up . Outside was always full of trash. Bathroom was filthy. location was great that was the only good thing
We arrived for our vacation several hours earlier than expected and had to wait 5+ hours just to get into our room because check in wasn’t until 4. We called to see if we could get in any earlier and we were denied. The view is amazing don’t get me wrong. The room could’ve been cleaned better. We also didn’t receive breakfast because the food truck didn’t come. Also, every other hotel seems to have parking garages next to them. This ones doesn’t and we had to pay everyday for parking.
Rooms had paint smell very bad, air conditioner never shut off, bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to fall in. Old paint hanging, Spackle fill holes in the ceiling, I could keep going!! Then they had our truck towed out of there parking are per the front desk!! It cost $145.00 to get it back. We were told by towing service that we had no ticket for towing. After paying the money to get our truck back, only to get inside and there sat our paper for parking... Something is fishy,,, Then all here if they answer the phone... read more
