Unfortunately I have to agree with recent reviews. Previous owners so lovely. The guy here drilled my nails so forcefully they were in agony felt like drilled to the bone . Pulled finger away someone else took over Think his wife . Nails drilled so thin and sore . She was lovely ! Unfortunately I’ll never return after yrs. Don’t think he is trained as the way he drills nails terrible . I’d avoid now Such a shame. Place was empty also so think words got out

Been going here since it first opened, but seems like it's been took over by new people, pulled off my nails and didn't soaked and burnt my nail with the drill :(

I’m not one to normally give feedback but on this occasion I feel I need to do this as I would hate someone else to go through the same situation. I’ve been going to Sunshine nails for 2 years in Gillingham and always had great service. Until the new owners arrived! They brutally attacked and drilled my nails taking off the previous SNS burning my fingers nails badly, it was a very painful experience to say the least. The previous owners used to soak it off.
