This is my go-to place for getting a pedicure and SNS manicure. I was on a tight schedule flying out on holiday the following day. My appointment was at 1.30 pm and I told the nail technician that I needed to be out by 3 pm, and they made sure I was out in time with one nail technician working on my feet and another on my hands. Brilliant service! They are always pleasant and polite, and the shop is always clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

I love this nail salon, all the staff are extremely friendly & welcoming and the atmosphere is lovely. They are professional and listen to what you want, the shop is clean and has a lovely feel to it stocked with every colour you could possibly want, and any design you ask for is never too much! I always leave happy with my nails & the prices are reasonable & affordable, best nail salon in Medway for sure! 5*

I went to sunshine nails for the last time today. I find their service slow and selective. Slow - for a set of nails, I had 3 different people work on them. Making the time spent doing my nails longer than needed and unpleasant. Selective - they seem to be extremely patient with some customers as opposed to others. Especially when it comes to feedback or direction on nails. It’s a shame that not all customers get the same good service. I’ll now be looking for a new nail salon to attend now.
