Great old school gym. Some great equipment from free weights to machines which are well maintained. The place is kept clean and tidy at all times. Cyrus and the rest of the staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. 100% recommend for all levels of training, from experienced to novices. The 24/7 opening is a bonus if you work shift etc.

Great gym, especially for students who are looking for a good gym for the price, as it’s really cheap for students. Really nice old school feel with a great range of equipment, however the l benches could be in better condition. Would also be nice to tell what weight you are doing on some of the pin loaded machines, but apart from that, great experience!

Great gym, especially for people such as students who are eligible for a discounted price. Great old school gym, and has a variety of cardio machines. However, sometimes it is difficult to gauge how much weight you are lifting, as not everything is labelled. Overall, it's fantastic for the price, and has everything you need to progress.

It is an amazing gym with an amazing community, as a student it is really affordable as many gyms in the area will charge upwards of £30 and this one only charges £17.50! The staff are also very lovely and helpful no matter how silly you think you’re question might be 100% recommend
