The new facility is wonderful and the new dental chairs are so nice! While the surroundings are new, the care provided is just as good as always. Imagine saying you had a good time at a dental cleaning, and meaning it!
From the moment I walk in the front door, I am met with a friendly office staff. My hygienist, Jessie, is friendly, careful and very conscientious of how I am doing. Dr.Troy is professional, helpful and friendly. Dr. Troy has put together a 'team' that works well with each other and with their patients. And their new home is bright and cheery.
The place was beautiful then when i went in back i felt like was in a auditorium it well lite and of course clean i had no idea that we fit in the old office i thought that we hired more people the doctor said no and everyone was very nice as always i think you for the care you give me and my family
Ive been going here since i had my first tooth they suggested that i get use to it now so I wouldn't panic later. I'm very thankful for that because now I have great teeth thanks to them. Dr. Troy and his staff have always been the nicest people that welcome me with happy smiles each time i return.
Well, it may not actually be "fun" to go to the Dentist, but Troy Dentist's staff make it much easier than any Dentist I have ever worked with. I think their new location is great!
My appointment on 1/20/16 was enjoyable. The new facility is outstanding and the staff is so friendly. All the staff members do an excellent job.
Chipped a front tooth, got in....got it fixed....got out no problems.
New building and location is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very professional and answer any questions proficiently and explain options well. I feel confident when I go there that I am getting the best care and am given the options and information to make the best decision for any issues that I have.
Dr. Troy has been an integral part since 2002 in making my mouth healthy and happy. I have 8 veneers to correct my crumbling upper front teeth. My smile is amazing. No better investment for a Speech Therapist that a gleaming, perfect smile. Thank you to all the staff at Troy Family Dentistry for all your help and guidance over the years.
