My daughter had been complaining of a tooth ache for a few days so I decided to get her an appointment, to my surprise I called at 3:42 and my daughter was in the office being seen by 4:15. The staff was awesome as always, treated my youngests' first pulled tooth so gently with no pain and explained all possible issues with me. Thanks to the staff n Dr.Troy for all your time and extra attention to the little things u r all so appreciated.

I'm very happy to write a review for Troy Family Dental. Dr. Troy and his outstanding staff have been our "dentist's office" for over 8 years. Everyone - from the receptionists to the dental hygienists are very professional and friendly. I've been coming to Troy Family Dental for a couple of years now and I've found it to be the best dental office I've ever been in. I've lived in Longview for 26 years now and Dr, Troy is the best Dentist I've had. Love the new office too!!

Excellent job all around. The lady cleaning my teeth seemed to be a very good worker and efficient. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She and the dentist answered and addressed all my questions and concerns with great competency.
Am so happy with Dr. Troy and staff. Worked me in when I was in awful pain. When they couldn't figure out the problem referred me instead of letting me suffer. Went to endodontist and they used special x-ray machine and found the problem. Went back to Troy and he was able to fix my problem. Am feeling good!!
The new facility is wonderful and the new dental chairs are so nice! While the surroundings are new, the care provided is just as good as always. Imagine saying you had a good time at a dental cleaning, and meaning it!
From the moment I walk in the front door, I am met with a friendly office staff. My hygienist, Jessie, is friendly, careful and very conscientious of how I am doing. Dr.Troy is professional, helpful and friendly. Dr. Troy has put together a 'team' that works well with each other and with their patients. And their new home is bright and cheery.
The place was beautiful then when i went in back i felt like was in a auditorium it well lite and of course clean i had no idea that we fit in the old office i thought that we hired more people the doctor said no and everyone was very nice as always i think you for the care you give me and my family
