Troy Family Dental has always been the best dental practice my family has ever been to. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and very positive. Dr. Troy leads his team by example and it shows in every aspect of his practice!
Excellent first appt. Changing Dentists is always difficult but I was welcomed, everyone was quick and professional, they asked questions and then they listened. My plan going forward was clear and precise. Everyone was in on the plan and before I left they all checked that I was comfortable with everything. Dr. Troy was thorough and kept me informed. The cleaning was wonderful too. They came highly recommended by several friends and now I know why.

A new person cleaned my teeth since Carmen was out on medical leave. She was very friendly, efficient, and did a great job. I was in and out in about 45 minutes.
The warmth, friendliness and professionalism shown by each of the staff members puts a patient at ease. They use the state of the art equipment and techniques, explaining as they do each procedure. The work is done quickly and as a team when needed. I found my experience to be the best and would recommend Troy Family Dentistry to all seeking quality dental service.

Dr. Troy and his staff run the kindest, most patient-centered practice I have ever experienced in the dental setting. I saw Dr. Troy as a kid, until I left Longview.
