Always very pleasant and professional
My husband and I have gone to Dr Troy since he opened his practice here in Longview. We have always gotten excellent care and feel very comfortable with our treatment. All of the staff are kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend
The new office is beautiful I lost a crown over the weekend and called first thing Monday morning and was in the chair by 10:00. Unfortunately it was more than a simple reglue but doctor explained my options and I decided on a root canal with post. You were able to fit me in within the hour so I was able to start the process and leave with a tooth in the front of my mouth. Dr Troy is always as gentle as he can be and for a root canal it was a very good experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
I had a cleaning and 2 of my children had appointments for work to be done. My 8 year old was a bit nervous (don't know why because she's been going here her whole life and knows Dr and the staff) and the staff was great at easing her nerves. As always, great appointments with no problems and staff was terrific!
I am a chicken when it comes to going to the dentist. I had a great experience at Troy Dental. Jessica put me at ease and did an fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. I would recommend this dentistry to any of my friends and family.
I have always had the best treatment at Troy Dental. Love the people who work there, so kind and professional. I had a piece of an old filling break off during my teeth cleaning appointment this last visit. No problem, we'll get it fixed real soon. I would highly recommend Troy Family Dental any time.
As always, each time I have my appointment for my teeth cleaning and inspection, I leave with comfort due to the professional yet personal attention I receive, They always take me in on time or even before time if I am early. Best dental office in Cowlitz County. Much appreciation, Bill
