I had a really good experience the first time I visited, on 2nd December 2024, I was charged £35 for a haircut, which I thought was reasonable. However, when I returned yesterday and asked for a haircut and a fringe, I was charged £50. Mentioned on three different occasions I wanted to grow my hair long. Paid very little attention to what I said I wanted. Gave me the shortest layers which I never asked for, the hair will grow but my confidence will be on the low for the next 6 months until my hair grows back
