The name of the employee who served me was eliza. first of all, The pic says itself that how a counterfeit raybam is different from the original ones then it comes to the service yes this was under warranty of 2 years the warranty expires on 13/06/2025 the staff really have problem serving customers who visit their store for after sales services like warranty check. The glasses i uploaded the photo of are the ones i got in replacement and i was told to pay them before ordering them where as , in this kind of scenario wheneve... read more
