I had a good experience at the Sunglasses Hut store at Auckland Airport (airside). I was served by Vivek whose customer service and product knowledge were excellent. Plus I also received a 50% discount off the Ray-ban’s I was looking for!
Great selection of sunglasses, great explanation of the promotion on at the time and I always appreciate the sunglasses being cleaned and presented to me to check over before taking possession to make sure all is perfect - thank you!
Great service friendly and helpful staff
Absolutely worst experience The guy at couter was not at all intrested but just stood there and watched his phone . Did not greet or asked if needed help. I got a pair of glasses and he even did not check if i was an existing customer . I got an off the shelf pair and instead of checking for new pair even when i asked . I have had more cheer at graveyards than this shop . Dint have 0 star but definitely deserves one. Close the shop please its ruining your brand image or turn staff over .
