Contacted gp for an appointment, was asked to fill up a form and the GP called back saying there is nothing much she can do, if i want she can refer me to a pharmacist, not sure if doctors are trained to say that or is the new 10 year health plan from the government, what a shame.
Loving the logic and common sense and care from the doctors and also the tuned in receptionists at this surgery.
Easy access and staff are warm and welcoming. There's also a weight and blood pressure machine that you can use.
On the whole the receptionists are polite, staff are approachable and friendly, the surgery is clean and tidy, and Dr Allison constantly reaffirms my faith in doctors every time I talk to her. Nowhere is perfect but this surgery is miles above previous ones I've had to go to, especially around Bromley.
