I went to see the consultant on 5.11 25 about medication. The secretary was meant to send a letter to my gp so I could start this medication. It is now 19th of November and I still have no medication. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Had a colonoscopy this morning at the Endoscopy centre. The staff were absolutely lovely, procedure was done very professionally. Massive thanks to the Consultant and nurses, you're all amazing 🤩

2.5 Half Stars Most of the staff were nice, compassionate, even humerus at times. Other staff needed a bit of common sense. My partner was on an IV drip, we were moving to a bay, she was assisted by 2 members of staff. One of the staff kept crashing the IV drip into things, getting it caught on things, causing the DRIP to tug on my partners arm causing pain. My Wife and I visited the Endoscopy unit 10th October 14:30. The waiting area was nice and bright with plenty of comfortable chairs. A nurse took my Wife in with her wheelchair. I went for a coffee and returned to the waiting area. After 30 minutes a nurse called me in and explained in great detail what had happened and the ongoing plan for my Wife. 10/10 for a pleasant experience.
